The small print, in plain words
How the limits actually behave
- Running out of Pro messages does not stop you
- When the daily Pro pool is spent, the conversation continues on Gavedu Fast and tells you it switched. Only the Fast ceiling is a hard stop, and it exists to catch abuse, not to meter you.
- Limits reset on a rolling 24 hours
- Each pool refills 24 hours after you first drew from it, not at midnight. A midnight reset lets someone spend two days of quota in ten minutes; this does not.
- Voice minutes are monthly, and phone is its own pool
- App voice and phone-call minutes never merge, because a phone minute costs several times an in-app one. Spending one never eats the other.
- Overage is off unless you turn it on
- Extra app voice is $0.04/min and phone is $0.10/min, but only if you explicitly enable it. It ships with a spend cap of $10 that you can change, and accrual stops dead at the cap. A surprise bill is not a business model.
- Cancelling keeps what you paid for
- You keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drop to Free. Your conversations, agents and files stay; only the limits change.
