Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Gavedu.ai products (Charioteer, Forge, or Bharat-AI) you agree to these terms. If you are using Gavedu on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind the company.
2. Your content
You own your code, prompts, and outputs. We claim no rights to them. You grant us a limited licence to process them only as needed to provide the service you requested — for example, forwarding a prompt to an LLM provider you have configured.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Gavedu to generate malware, spam, or content that violates applicable law. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or stress-test the service. Accounts found in violation will be suspended.
4. Uptime and SLA
Free tier: best-effort, no SLA. Paid tiers: we target 99.5% monthly uptime for Charioteer Pro and Forge Builder; 99.9% for Forge Studio. Credit policies are defined in your billing agreement.
5. Limitation of liability
Gavedu.ai is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
7. Changes
We may update these terms with 14 days notice via email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
